I’m so excited to share with you this recipe. I’ve been making it almost every single day this month and it gives me tons of energy and helps me recover faster from my workouts. I’ve also been adding turmeric and lots of greens which help the body heal inflammation. If you have arthritis pain, hip pain, and lower back pain, it’s important to adopt anti-inflammatory nutrition and incorporating a daily smoothie packed with greens, vitamins, anti-inflammatory properties, and enzymes to help your body heal will play a huge role in fast-tracking your recovery.
Ingredients List
Spinach (two handfuls)
1/2 cup of Parsley
1/4 cup of avocado
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/3 cup rasberries
1 medium apple
