1 kilo chicken (any part)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 cup banana catsup
1 whole head garlic, chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp ground pepper
2 pcs bay leaf
1 pc star anise
1/4 cup butter/margarine
