Here’s the recipe:

BLUEBERRY GIN SOUR
2 oz. (60ml) Gin
1 Tbsp Simple Syrup
Juice of 1 Lemon
Dash Egg White
Blueberries
Garnish: Lemon Peel

PREPARATION
1. Add blueberries, lemon juice and simple syrup to base of glass and muddle thoroughly. Strain mix into cocktail shaker.
2. Add gin and egg white and shake vigorously.
3. Add ice to serving glass and strain mix inside. Garnish with a lemon peel. Enjoy Responsibly!
