Ingredients
2 Cups of diced organic mango
1 Cup of sliced organic pineapple
1 Cup of sliced organic plums
1 Cup of sliced organic kiwis
1 Cup of sliced organic bananas
1- 2 Tbsp of organic cranberries
1- 2 Tbsp of overnight soaked organic walnuts
½ Cup of sliced organic celery
¼ Tsp of ground organic turmeric
¼ Tsp of ground organic cinnamon
¼ Tsp of freshly crushed organic black pepper
1 ½ Cups of organic unsweetened almond milk
Organic dates to taste
Organic protein powder of choice

Instructions
Slice organic mango & carve into squares
Slice organic celery, pineapple, plum & kiwi
Peel organic banana
Remove leaves from organic basil stems
Add organic unsweetened almond milk to blender
Add desired protein powder
Break banana into pieces & add to blender
Blend
Add overnight soaked organic walnuts, cranberries, dates to taste & blend again
Add sliced organic plum & celery, then blend
Add sliced organic kiwi & basil leaves
Blend ingredients
Add sliced organic pineapple & blend again
Add organic mango & blend all ingredients
Add ¼ tsp of ground organic turmeric, ¼ tsp of ground organic cinnamon & ¼ tsp of freshly crushed organic black pepper
Finally blend all ingredients
Pour into glass
Add organic mango slice, cranberries & basil leaves as toppings

4. Organic food is good for you and the environment. The pesticides used in non-organic production run off with water and pollute our water too. This is bad for water life and bad for us who drink the water or use it on our crops.
5. Organic tastes so good. Since it is not genetically modified, or covered up with pesticides, organic produce has a richer and better overall taste and is much more gratifying.
6. It doesn’t have to be expensive. Larger grocery retailers are now carrying their own organic sections, or isles, shop around for the best deals!
