Chicken adobo is a famous dish of a Filipino, In my version I used Atsuete which is commonly used by Ilonggos in their adobo and other Ilonggo Recipes.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken meat
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy soy
1/2 cup water dilluted with Atsuete
Laurel leaves
Pepper powder
1 tbsp muscovado Sugar
1 knorr cubes
Green pepper
