Preparation of Marinade
8 Chicken Drumsticks
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Salt (as per taste)
For the Filling
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1/2 cup Cashew Nuts (crushed)
2 Potatoes (boiled & chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
Chaat Masala (as per taste)
(chopped)
Preparation of 2nd Stage of Marinade
1 cup Hung Curd
1/4 cup Cream
1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1/4 cup Cashew Nuts Paste
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 tsp Spice Mix (powdered) (Spice Mix- 1 Mace, 5 Green Cardamoms, a small piece of Nutmeg, 10 Peppercorns)
Saffron Strands
2 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted)
Salt (as per taste)
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
Pan-Searing the Chicken
1 tbsp Butter
For the Salad
Lettuce (chopped)
Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 Onion (chopped)
