Cook Abacha (African Salad) #WithMe . I will share with you how to make my easy abacha recipe with no more than 5-ingredients. Abacha is dry cassave flakes which is revived by soaking in hot water and then mixing in a nice yellow paste shown in the video .
Some people add garden egg to their abacha (african salad) but I am not a fan of that. Some people also use groundnut oil to make abacha. You will not get the authentic taste but it is still very enjoyable.

Ingredients:

Red oil
Dry Cassava flakes (From Beauty4Ashes store in Surrey, BC)
Potash …. one medium piece is enough (From Beauty4Ashes store in Surrey, BC)
Knorr (to taste)
Crayfish
Salt (to taste)
Ukazi (optional)
Red onions (Red is best for this dish)
Pepper (to taste)
Stockfish/Cow Leg/Fried Fish… any combo your choice
