I am fasting to lose weight faster and get rid of my belly, I have a very important date in January and It is imperative I look fit. After the gym I make myself a smoothie. It varies in ingredients but I was feeling creative today and I mixed up a bunch of random fruits in my fridge. Notice my fridge doesn’t have any food in there, just fruits. Food is an addiction, you wouldn’t leave crack in a house full of junkies. Same principal applies. I make it hard for myself to access junk food, after a while the body will acclimate and not crave it any longer. Today’s recipe; strawberries, bananas, cactus pear fruit, hemp milk, agave nectar, alkaline ice cubes. Enjoy!
