Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Whole chicken approx. 1 kg
-Water 1 & ½ litre (enough to dip chicken)
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Chaat masala 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger Garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Oil spray
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Lemon juice
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-Make deep cuts on whole chicken & set aside.
-In a bowl,add water,vinegar,salt & mix well.
-Add whole chicken,cover &marinate for 30 minutes then strain,pat dry & set aside.
-In a bowl,add paprika powder,carom seeds,coriander powder,salt,cumin powder,turmeric powder, chaat masala,red chilli crushed,cornflour,orange food color,ginger garlic paste,mustard paste,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add cooking oil & mix well.
-Add whole chicken & apply marinade evenly & massage chicken well,tie chicken legs with kitchen thread,cover & marinate for 2-4 hours & set aside.
-In a wok,add water & bring it to boil.
-Place steamer & add marinated chicken,cover & steam cook on low flame for 30-35 minutes.
-Take out chicken from steamer,spray oil,place it in air fryer basket & air fry at 180C for 15-18 minutes.
-You can also deey fry chargha after steam cooking.
-Sprinkle red chilli crushed,add lemon juice & fresh coriander & serve!

-Bowl mein pani,sirka aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Whole chicken dal dein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein phir strain ker ka pat dry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein paprika powder,ajwain,dhania powder,namak,zeera powder,haldi powder,chaat masala, lal mirch crushed,cornflour,zarda ka rang,adrak lehsan paste,mustard paste aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Whole chicken dal dein aur marinade ko ache tarhan laga lein aur chicken per ache tarhan massage karein,chicken legs ko kitchen thread sa tie ker lein aur dhak ker 2-4 hours kliya marinate ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein pani dal ker ubal lein.
-Steamer rakh dein aur marinated chicken ko rakh ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 30-35 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
-Steamer sa chicken ko nikal lein aur oil spray karein aur air fryer basket mein rakh ker 180C kliya 15-18 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
-Steam cookimg ka bad charga ko deep fry bhi ker saktay han.
-Lal mirch crushed,lemon juice aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
