2 Cups desiccated or shredded dried coconut ( 28 tablespoons)
1/2 Cup or 7 tablespoons sweet condensed milk
2 Eggs- use only the EGG WHITES
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Airfryer basket size : 5liters
Air fry at 320F or 160C for 10-12mins
