Carrot: 1 medium size
Apple : 1 medium size ( aprx 150 gms )
Water: ¾ th cup
Black salt: ½ tea spoon
Black pepper powder: ½ tea spoon
Cinnamon powder: ½ tea spoon
Pea nuts: 10 to 15
Liquid jaggery: as per your taste( I use 2 tea spoon)
