Here’s the recipe:
APPLE KALE MIMOSA
4 oz. (120ml) Champagne
1 oz. (30ml) Vodka
Bunch Kale
Handful Green Apple Slices
PREPARATION
1. Muddle kale and green apple in base of glass.
2. Add vodka and stir well. Strain mix into base of champagne glass and pour champagne on top.
3. Garnish with an apple slice. Enjoy responsibly!
