Enjoy the Fall season with a large mason jar of this Apple Pie Smoothie to start your day or as a healthy snack! This recipe is completely vegan, gluten free and delicious =)

INGREDIENTS:
Apple Pie Smoothie
1 cup gluten free oats
2 medium apples
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1-2 scoops of your favourite vanilla protein powder
1 inch of ginger peeled
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups filtered water
**Blend, blend and blend! Pour into a glass/mason jar and ENJOY!
