Here’s how to make this delicious smoothie recipe:
INGREDIENTS
2 C of fresh spinach
2 apples, cored and sliced
1 T of organic oat bran
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 T of organic peanut butter
2 cups of apple cider
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Place all of the ingredients into a Vitamix or blender in the order they appear above.
2) Process for 2 minutes on high.
3) Pour into glasses, garnished with apple slices.
