The Kunafa, also known as Kanafeh or Knafeh, is a popular dessert in the Middle East and commonly eaten in the Arab world.
The Kunafa is prepared by stuffing cream , milk and other dairy products into two layers of shredded phyllo (kataifi) and subsequently baking it.
My version is a lil different. I used Vermicelli and usually Kunafa is baked. Mine is a no bake recipe. But I ensure its taste really good?

Ingredients
Vermicelli- 200-500gms
Ghee- 1tbsp
Boiled Milk- 2 cups
Milk Powder- 1 cup
Condensed Milk- 1/2 cup
Corn Flour- 3 Tbsp
Cream- 1/4 cup
Sugar- 2 cup
Water- 1 cup
Saffron/Kesar- 4-5 strands
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
