Dan Bing (Taiwanese Pancake) : 54P 72C 33F: 800 Calories
70g Flour
1 tsp Corn Flour
3 Eggs
100g Bacon
2 Slices Cheese
Spring Onion
10ml Oil
Water
Soy Paste (Sticky Soy)
Directions: Mix flours, water, spring onions and 1 egg to form batter. Fry in oil to create a thin pancake. Crack an egg on top and flip. Add cooked bacon and cheese. Top with Soy paste (sticky soy)
Soy Chicken Tofu: 52P 72C 34F: 1025 Calories
250g Tofu
180g Chicken Thigh
20ml Soy Sauce
10ml Oyster Sauce
Spring Onion
10ml Oil
200g Rice
Directions: Fry chicken in olive oil. Once cooked, add tofu and sauces. Top to cooked rice.
Taiwanese Pork Bowl: 40P 98C 34F: 870 Calories
1/2 Chinese Cabbage
100g Sliced Pork
20ml Soy Sauce
15ml Yakiniku Sauce
Water
2 Eggs
2 Tomatoes
10g Tomato Sauce
1tsp Sugar
200g Rice
Hot Pot Directions: Add cabbage, pork, soy, water and yakiniku to the rice cooker and cook. Tomato Eggs: Place tomatoes in boiling water to remove skin. Dice and fry in the pan with sugar. Add tomato sauce and mix in to scrambled eggs.
