– 1 cup plain yogurt

– 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– Salt to taste
– Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)
– Lemon wedges (for serving)
