Ingredients:
1 Kg Beef
1 ½ cups Onion
1″ Ginger
15 Garlic Cloves
14 Cloves
4″ Cinnamon Stick
4 Peppercorns
2 pinches Cumin Seeds
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Dried Kashmiri Red Chilli
2 tsp. Sugar
¼ cup Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 30 mins + 1 hr marination
