This is the recipe video of prepareing 3 healthy smoothies: avocado, banana and carrot. These are delicious yet there is no added sugar. It is loaded with important nutrients required for our body. It can be enjoyed as a drink with breakfast or we can have it as a refreshing in between snack..
Ingredients Required:
Avocado Smmothie
2 table spoon of coconut powder
¼ cup frozen bananas
4 pitted dates
¼ tsp vanilla essence
I cup water.
1avocado 1 tbsp greek yougurt
Garnish 1-2 sates and walnuts
Banana smoothie
¼ cup overnight or atleast 4 hours soaked and pealed almonds.
2-3 dates
4 walnuts
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup frozen bananas
1 cup water
1 cup banana ( 2 banan sliced )
I table spoon of greenk yogurt.
Garnish banana chopped and almonds sliced
Carrot smoothie
20-25 cashew nut
4 walnuts
¼ cup frozen banana
2/3 cup water
2 dates
Then add pich of nut meg powder
¼-1/2 ginger powder
1 cup carrot
1 tbsp greek yogurt
1-2 dates, cashew nut
Equipment required:
High speed blender/mixer/food processor
