Avocado – 1
Banana – 1&1/2
Milk – 2 Cups
Condensed milk – 1/3 Cup
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Chopped almonds, cashews, pistachios
Note – Substitute of Condensed milk –
Use Honey or Sugar as per your taste.
