Here is a super simple, and delicious summer salad that has just a few ingredients. This salad is just going to knock your socks off and I fear I have a new summer salad obsession! Filled with delicious and nutritious ingredients, this salad is sure to be a hit with you and yours!
I dressed this with my cilantro, lime and ginger vinaigrette dressing and WOW! This one is going to become a favorite of anyone who gives this a try!
