Chicken burnt ends are going to be the next big hit at your place, especially when wrapped in bacon and covered in sticky BBQ sauce.

Bacon wrapped chicken burnt ends is a mouthful to say and a delicious mouthful to eat. If you have tried beef burnt ends or pork burnt ends, you really need to try chicken burnt ends.

By wrapping the chicken in bacon it adds some extra flavour and helps retain moisture in the chicken through the smoking part of the cook.

8 chicken thighs (skinless nd boneless)
32 rashers of bacon

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 – 2 tablespoons of Four Monkeys Chicken Rub

Sauce Ingredients:
2 cups of blues hog BBQ sauce
½ cup of honey
2 tablespoons of whisky
1 tablespoon of Four Monkeys Chicken Rub

250 gram block of unsalted butter
