Ingredients:
– Sugar – ¾ Cup
– Water – 1 Cup
– Maida – 1 Cup
– Sugar – 2 Teaspoon
– Butter/Ghee – 2 Tablespoon
– Curd – 2 Tablespoon
– Baking Soda
– Kesari Powder (Optional)
Preparation:
– To make sugar syrup: Add ¾ cup of Sugar and 1 Cup of water
– Dissolve in water and boil for 5 mins to make thick syrup.
– Once done keep the sugar syrup separately.
– Now in a bowl add 1 cup of maida,2 teaspoons of sugar,2 tablespoon of butter or ghee and 2 tablespoons of curd and Kesari powder(optional)
– Add 2 tablespoons of water and form a dough.
– Now make small ball with a dent in the center and fry in oil.
– Fry all badusha in low flame on both sides
– Cool completely and add to sugar syrup
– Dip both sides and rest it for 15 to 20 mins
– Garnish with dry fruits like almonds and pistachio
