Cheesy Chicken Rolls || Stuffed Chicken Rolls Recipe – RKC
Cheesy Chicken Rolls are easy to make and perfect for dinner/snacks. You can do this with any filling of your choice.

Ingredients
For Dough
* All-purpose flour 3 Cups
* Sugar 2 tsp
* Instant yeast 1 1/4 tsp
* Salt 1 tsp
* Egg 2
* Warm Milk 1 Cup
* Butter 3 tbsp
* Egg 1, beaten with 1 tbsp water

For Filling
* Shredded Chicken 1 lb
* Oil 1 tbsp
* Onion 1, chopped
* Capsicum 1 cup, finely chopped
* Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
* Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Black pepper powder 1 tsp
* Mozzarella cheese shredded 1 cup

Preparation
For the Filling
1. Cook chicken breast with salt, pepper and little lemon juice. Shred the chicken once it’s ready and set aside.
2. Heat a saucepan pan,add oil, onion and Capsicum sauté until translucent.
3. Add ginger powder, garlic powder,salt,black pepper powder and chili flakes. Add shredded chicken to it and mix it well.
4.Finally add mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese,mix everything together and set aside.

Preparation
1. In a bowl mix luke warm water and yeast and sugar, let it sit 10 minutes or until yeast proofs.
2. Add salt,oil, beaten egg, milk, all purpose flour and mix well with a stand mixer if you have, kneed until smooth dough. Add few drops of oil. Cover the dough with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for 1-2 hour or until double in size.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
4. Split the dough into 10 small balls and then roll with a rolling pin.
5. Place the chicken filling, fold and roll the dough.
6. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
7. Place those rolls on a perchment lined paper and brush the rolls with egg wash/milk wash prior to baking and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
8. Bake in preheated oven at 350 F /180 C for 25 minutes or until light brown.
