How to make Baked Creamy Chicken Penne Pasta

200 – 250 g Penne Pasta
400 ml water
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Oil
250 g Chicken thigh fillet (cut into strips)
1 medium white onion (thinly sliced)
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
220 ml fresh milk
350 ml cream (add more if you want it creamier)
250 – 300 grated mozzarella cheese (add more if you really like cheese)
Bunch of Spinach leaves (washed and drained)
100 g Parmesan cheese
Salt
Dash of 4 seasons peppercorns mills
Oil for frying
