Baked Rasgollas recipe is a twist to the usual rasgolla / rasmalai and this is also a really famous dish from West Bengal. Baked rasgollas recipe is really easy to make. Soft spongy rasgollas with a rich sauce baked in oven to just set them together makes it yum.
For the Rasgollas:
Milk – 1 litre
Amul Low Fat Cream – 100 ml
Citric Acid – ½ tsp
Maida – 1 tsp
Sugar – 300 gm
Water – 500 ml
Cardamom powder
Saffron
For The Instant Mawa:
Milk Powder – 100 gm
Amul Cream – 50 ml
Water – 2-3 tbs
For The Sauce/ Rabdi:
Milkmaid – 150 ml
Sugar Syrup – 2-3 tbs
Mawa – 2 tbs
Pistachios, Saffron and Rose Petals For topping
