If you’re looking for an easy and delicious chicken recipe that comes together in no time, make this bang bang chicken. I like to serve it over white rice. Ingredients 3 chicken breasts 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp seasoned salt Bang Bang Sauce 1 cup mayonnaise ½ cup sweet chili sauce 2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce or Sriracha Chopped fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish Score the tops of the chicken breasts in a cross-hatch pattern at ½-inch intervals, about ⅛-inch deep. Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and seasoned salt together in a small bowl, then season the chicken breasts on both sides. Make the bang bang sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Reserve a couple tablespoons for serving. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and spread about 2 tablespoons of the bang bang sauce on top of each, then cook for about 20 minutes, depending on the size of the breasts, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest for about 10 minutes , then serve over white rice drizzled with the reserved bang bang sauce and garnished with some cilantro or green onions. Enjoy!
