This recipe of a Basic Chicken Curry is made from ingredients that are available in any Indian kitchen. Traditional curry at my place is made with dry desiccated coconut, but not this one. There is no region specific spice. Even with these limited ingredients you can whip this up in minutes. Most mothers have served this to their kids.
Even though I call this a basic chicken curry, the flavours are bang on and hits the right chords. It is creamy, tangy and it has a deep flavour. Make sure you fry the onions really well. Have well fried deep brown onions can take the taste to another level. This is the only tip I would give. Hope you try this recipe out and drop me a comment under the video. Happy Cooking!
