– Marinate 400 grams Bater (quail) or Chicken with 1.5 tbsp smoked mustard oil mixed with 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, half tbsp each of salt, red chilli powder, onion powder (optional), crushed carom seeds, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, roasted crushed kasoori methi, cumin powder and 1 lemon juice. Let it sit for an hour at least.
– Now oil fry on medium flame for 8-9 minutes or air fry at
190 Degrees Celsius for 14 minutes flipping them halfway and brushing some oil. Oven grill at 250 Degrees Celsius for
30-35 minutes brushing some oil 5 minutes prior to taking it out. Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve with your favourite dip.
