1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
400ml Coconut Milk (thick)
300g Sugar
180g Plain Flour
8 Egg Yolks
⅔ cup Ghee [clarified butter]
1 tsp. Nutmeg Powder
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Water
1 pinch Salt
Makes: 1 Kg
Preparation Time: 3 hrs
