Beef Pakoda – It’s a unique type of fritter from usual ones. Minced beef with spices which is coated with some flour mixture and deep fried in a hot oil. Very crispy outer layer and chewy texture.
Enjoy your crispy pakora with mayo!!

INGREDIENTS: [My cup measures 250 ml]
– Beef minced 250 gms
– Gram flour / besan ½ cup
– Rice flour ¼ cup
– Onion 1 chopped
– Green chilly 2 no’s
– Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
– Turmeric powder ¼ tsp.
– Chilli powder 2 tsp.
– Garam masala 1 tsp.
– Cumin powder 1 tsp.
– Pepper powder 1 tsp.
– Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
– Hot oil 2 tbsp.
– Salt as required
– Curry leaves optional
– Red food color optional
– Oil for deep fry

SUGGESTIONS:
• Beef should be chopped finely then only it will be cooked immediately.
• White vinegar also be used instead of lime juice.
• Don’t use fat pieces it may be burst out while cooking in oil.
• Keep oil in a medium flame – if it is over heated outer layer burnt easily and beef will not cook properly.
