Beef roll ups/Stuffed beff roll/ stuffed flank steak, is a dish full of flavor and tenderness.
It can be had as a side dish unlike the Rouladen which has a little gravy.
Its pan seared, baked for approx 20 mins and presented on a bed of shredded lettuce.
Recipe:
8 steaks strips
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp oil
1 white onion
5-6 large white mushrooms
Pepper
Salt
2 tsps Garlic pwdr
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garam Masala/ 5 spice pwdr
2 tsps Sweet paprika
1 cup grated mozzarella
2 thinly sliced sweet/ pickled gherkins
Lettuce
Spring onion
