Firstly, add all spices and the yoghurt to the beef fillets. Mix well and set aside for marination.
Once the beef has been thoroughly marinated, add ½ cup (180ml) oil to a large pressure cooker. Add the beef as well. Let the beef cook on medium flame, stirring occasionally. Also add 1 liter water to the beef and put the lid and pressure on.
15-20 minutes later, let off the pressure and open the lid. Stir well.
Preheat an oven for 10 minutes on 160 Celsius.
Grease a 9×13 dish and layer the beef on top. Also let all the masala pour on top of the beef.
Now start layering your vegetables one by one on the beef. Also sprinkle chopped coriander for additional flavor. Finally, layer on the garam masala.
Bake the beef pasinday on 200 Celsius for 20 minutes.
Your Pasanday are now ready to serve!
