For the Beef:

• 1 red bell peppers
• 1 yellow bell peppers
• 1 cup fresh mushrooms
• ½ cup sliced onion
• 4 green onions
• 2 heads of trimmed broccoli
• ½ cup matchstick carrots
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp sugar
