can be made with any kind of meat, including beef, mutton, and chicken
Here im demonstrating beef vindaloo

Beef Vindaloo Recipe

Vindaloo Paste
For 600g beef,
● Cinnamon sticks- 2 small pieces
● Cardamoms- 5
● Cloves- 12
● Fennel seed- 1 tbs
● Pepper- 1 tbs (Lightly heat and grind int powder with ½ tbs of mustard seed.)
● Coriander- 1½ tbs
To the same add
● Garlic- 3 pods
● Ginger- 2 medium piece
● Dried red chilli soaked- 10
● Skin of Muringa plant- 2 small piece (optional)
● Kashmiri Chilli powder – 2 tbspoon
● Vinegar- 1½ tbspoon
Grind it coarsely

Marinate the beef with the grinded masala along with salt and 1 tbspoon coconut oil and rest it for 15 minutes.

Cook beef on for one whistle on high flame and 30 minutes on low flame.

Heat a mud pot (if available) or a Kadai with 1tbs coconut oil. And then add
● 2tbs curry leaves
● Shallots – 12 pieces (roughly chopped)
● Garlic- 6 Cloves (chopped)
● Onion- 1 (chopped)

Sauté and add the cooked beef and cook for another 15-20 minutes on low flame until gravy becomes thick.

Enjoy Beef Vindaloo

Note: If you want more gravy type, add ½ cup of water to the beef while pressure cooking.
