【Beef with Sauce 】
Ingredients: 2000g beef
1 grass fruit / 2 star anise / Angelica dahurica 10g
Chinese paper 10g / 2 bay leaves / cinnamon 10g / dried chili 20g
Clove 5g/Fennel Seed 5g/ Bean Paste 20g/ Rock Sugar 10g
Light Soy Sauce 200Ml/ Soy Sauce 50ml
step:
1. Cut the beef well, soak in clean water for 1 hour, and rinse;
2. Put the beef in a casserole, add all the above ingredients, and marinate for 12 hours;
3. For marinated beef, add 1000ml of water and simmer for 3 hours;
4. Put the stewed beef slices on a plate and start eating.
【醬牛肉】
配料:牛肉2000g
草果1個/八角2個/白芷10g/花椒10g/香葉2片/桂皮10g/乾辣椒20g/
丁香5g/茴香籽5g/豆瓣醬20g/冰糖10g/生抽200Ml/老抽50ml
步驟:
1.牛肉分割好,用清水泡1小時,沖洗乾淨;
2.牛肉放入砂鍋,放入上述所有配料,醃製12小時;
3.醃製好的牛肉,加水1000ml,小火燉3小時;
4.燉好的牛肉切片裝盤,开吃。
