Beer & Honey Chicken Skewers
1 – 1/2 lb Boneless Chicken Breast – cut into cubes
Marinade
3 – 4 Cloves Garlic – minced
1 Can or Bottle of Beer
1/3 C Honey
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepepr
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 C Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Make marinade in medium sized bowl. Add chicken and marinate in the refrigerator
at least 2 hours, overnight is best if you can.
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Grill on medium heat turning frequently until chicken is cooked through.
