an easy peasy recipe for you guys! this is a smoothie that i have been loving lately and is especially good for athletes!
recipe:
1 cup mango
1 cup berries ( i used half blueberries, half strawberries)
1 cup beets
1 cup water
juice of an orange
1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
.5 cup oats
