Besan Ladoo – No one can resist the smell of Besan when you cook with ghee. No festivity is complete without a methai, and nothing compares if it is home made.

Besan laddu is a popular Indian sweet dish made of gram flour, boora or powder sugar and ghee. Besan is roasted in ghee till golden brown appearance with nutty fragrance. Then boora or powder sugar is added to it. Cardamom powder, chopped almonds & cashews pieces are also mixed in this mixture optionally.

Sweet balls are then made from this mixture. It has a long shelf life. It can be stored for almost 4-5 weeks in air tight container It is often served at festivals, family events and religious occasions in India.

ingredents
besan 1cup
desi ghee 1/4 cup
powder sugar 1/2 cup
for garnish kaju / badam

method

1….put ghee in pan mealt them
2…add besan and roast them till its chnge the clour….gas turn off
3….once the batter cold down add powder sugar mix them well nd make mall cirular roll called as laddu

your besan ladoo is ready to eat..jus have fun
