Ingredients:
•1/2 kilo Chicken (with bone)
•1 Lemon Juice
•2 sprigs Curry leaves choppings
•Salt
•1 tsp Chili Powder
•1 tsp Coriander Powder
•1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
•1/2 tsp Garam Masala
•1/4 tsp Turmeric
•1 Egg
•1 tsp Red Food Colour(optional)
•1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
•Little Water
•2 tbsp Rice Flour
•3 tbsp Chickpea Flour(besan)
•Oil for Deep frying
•3 slit Green Chillies
•4-5 sprigs Curry Leaves
