– SOYA SAUCE 1 TSP
– VINEGAR 1 TSP
– SHASHLIK STICKS
– COOKING OIL 2-3 TBS
DIRECTION:
– IN A BOWL, ADD 500G BONELESS CHICKEN, ADD SALT, BLACK PEPPER, GARAM MASALA, RED CHILLI POWDER, RED CHILLI FLAKES, SOYA SAUCE, VINEGAR 1 TSP AND GARLIC PASTE 1 TBS
