[ Ingredients ]
Marshmallow… 1 bag (200g)
Milk… 300cc
Fresh cream… 150cc
Matcha… 2 tbsp (10g)
Hot water… 50cc
method of making
[ How to make ]
1. Put milk and marshmallow in a heat-resistant bowl and heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes and dissolve about 90%.
2. Remove from the microwave and mix with a whisk.If it doesn’t melt completely due to residual heat, heat it again for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Mix matcha with hot water little by little and knead well until it is no longer powdery to make matcha paste.
4. Add about 50cc of marshmallow milk to a matcha paste bowl and mix until smooth.
5. Add all the matcha paste to marshmallow milk and mix well.
6. Add whipped cream and mix well.
7. Cool in a bowl of ice water until thick.(If this process is omitted, it will be divided into two layers.)
8. Pour it into a cocot and cool it in the refrigerator.
Add whipped cream with sweet bean paste to your taste♪
