Recipe:
Totally Organic Strawberry Banana Smoothie | Fresh & Delicious ???

Ingredients:

2 Cups of organic strawberries
1 Organic banana
Ā½ Organic apple
Ā½ Organic pear
1 Cup of sliced organic brussels sprouts
Ā½ Cup of sliced organic celery
Ā¼ Cup of sliced organic ginger
10 Overnight soaked organic cashews
1 Tbsp of overnight soaked organic sunflower seeds
1Tbsp of roasted organic flax seeds
Ā¼ Tsp of ground organic cinnamon
Ā¼ Tsp of ground organic turmeric
Ā¼ Tsp of ground organic black pepper
Ā½ Cup of filtered water

Instructions:

1. Remove the leaves off organic strawberries
2. Slice organic strawberries
3. Slice organic apple in half & remove the seeds
4. Slice Ā½ organic apple
5. Slice Ā½ organic pear & remove the seeds
6. Slice organic celery, organic ginger & organic brussels sprouts
7. Peel organic banana
8. Add sliced organic brussels sprouts, apple & organic celery to blender
9. Break banana in pieces & add to blender
10. Add ā…“ cup of filtered water & blend
11. Add 1 tbsp of roasted organic flax seeds & sliced Ā¼ cup of organic ginger to blender & blend
12. Add 10 overnight soaked organic cashews,1 tbsp of overnight soaked organic sunflower seeds,sliced organic pear & Ā¼ cup of water & blend again
13. Add 1-cup of sliced organic strawberries to blender & blend
14. Add remaining organic strawberries slices & blend all ingredients
15. Add Ā¼ tsp of organic ground cinnamon, Ā¼ tsp of organic ground turmeric & Ā¼ tsp of freshly crushed organic black pepper to blender
16. Finally, blend all ingredients
17. Pour organic strawberry & banana smoothie in a glass
18. Add organic banana & strawberries slices as toppings
19. Sprinkle roasted organic flax seeds on top
20. Enjoy šŸ™‚
