I don’t recommend using anything smaller than the 15 inch in order to contain all the veggies when chopping. You can choose any type of wood for your bowl. When you get on the Holland Bowl Mill website click on the Shop tab. On the drop down menu click on the type of wood you are interested in. Then scroll down the page until you find the 15 inch size. When you use my Holland Bowl Affiliate Link with a minimum $125.oo order they will include a free mezzaluna knife with your order.
