Recipe for the Gyudon as follows:
500 gms thinly sliced beef
2 tbsps mirin, soy sauce and sake or any cooking wine
1 glass water
2 tsps powdered stock or dashi
chopped green onion
chopped onion
3 eggs, beaten
black pepper
