Recipe:
3 handfuls of spinach (about the amount of 4 packed cups)
1 frozen banana
1 handful of mango (my hand equals 1 cup)
1 handful of pineapple
1 inch piece of ginger and turmeric (more if you like!)
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
1 stalk of celery (for fiber boost but not needed!)
1 teaspoon of chia seeds (more if you prefer)
16 oz of water
This makes a full blender so you can split up in mason jars for 1-3 days or drink up! I normally drink a whole blender full from about 8-1pm or so to get my greens/fiber in early and to start the day right!
