Smoothies made out of berries are really good for diet plans as well as healthy. We have a lot of blackberries in our backyard and everyday we get a container full. We make smoothies, juices, cookies, jams and store in freezer for later use too. Just showing my version of breakfast smoothie today. Enjoy
Blackberries – 1/2 cup
Soaked almonds -6-8
Banana slices -4-5
Yogurt-1/4 cup
Milk -1/2 cup
Mango pulp – optional
Water – as needed
Note: You can adjust the amount of yogurt, water and milk depending on the sourness of berries.
