Today I will show you a easy recipe for one of my favorite deserts. Grasshopper cream pie.
First start with the base. Cream together 4 oz cream cheese, 1 tub of cool whip and 1 cup of sifted powdered sugar. To that add what ever cookies or candy you want. I added about 3/4 of a bag of grasshopper cookies. This recipe was born from a peanut butter cream pie recipe. Instead of grasshoppers add 6 oz of peanut butter.
