Add the cubed up cold butter and squish it together. once it's all crumbly, add 2 egg yolks and vanilla and combine until a ball is formed. Wrap it into a disk with plastic and place it into the fridge to chill. To make the blueberry ganache, add the blueberries to a small pot with the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. smash the blueberries with a spoon and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes. Add chips to a bowl and strain all of the hot blueberry mixture over the chocolate chips. Allow the chips to sit for a few minutes submerged in the hot cream mixture then stir until fully melted and combined. Once the crust is chilled, roll it out with a light dusting of flour and fit it into the mini tart shells. Cover with foil and add something heavy like dried beans or rice to weigh down the crust from puffing up while baking. Bake the tart shells for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F. Then uncover the shells and bake a remaining 5 minutes. Once everything is cooled fill the tarts with the cooled ganache and enjoy right away or chill until the ganache becomes slightly firm. Enjoy!
