I hate blueberries. I love their taste, color, and portability. It’s just that I can’t shop for the. They always mold. Sometimes, they are molded by the time I get them home from the store. Personal mold problems aside, we are going to make this Blueberry Pie Salad today.

Blueberry Pie Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
Bed of Mixed Greens
3 ounces blackberries
1 banana
6 ounces blueberries
Juice of 1/2 an orange
Zest of 1/2 an orange
Directions:
Create a bed of greens on top of a salad plate.
Place the blackberries in the center of the bed of greens.
Slice the banana into circular disk.
Line the banana disk around the perimeter of the circular salad plate to form a faux pie edge.
Pile the blueberries on top of the blackberries, inside the banana ring.
Douse the entire salad with orange juice.
Sprinkle with orange zest.
Salad #7 is done. Eat up.
